Whether you are an experienced Family Law practitioner or a newcomer to this area of law this CLE will have information of benefit to you and your practice.  You will hear about upcoming changes to family law from the 2015 legislative session and the latest significant Montana Supreme Court cases affecting this area of the law.  You will be given more tools to help you work with older family-law clients and their special needs.  You will hear a panel discussion on the pros and cons of Limited Scope Representation, which will help you decide if this is something you want to add to your practice.  Ever wondered about your Errors and Omission coverage?  You’ll hear a terrific presentation that will help you to discover what insurance coverage you have or need to protect yourself and your firm.  

The seminar is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn
at 2465 Grant Road, Billings, MT 59102. Rooms are being
held at the rate of $129, and the block will expire on April 2.
