CSED Guidelines Revisited: Policy Changes and Tips
This is a one hour webinar approved for 1 live CLE credit. The two Administrative Law Judges for CSED in Montana will revisit the Montana Child Support Guidelines throughout this CLE. The highlights will focus on:
1. Inclusion of the cost of health insurance for each parent and 1/2 for other children as a permissible deduction;
2. How to calculate self-employment income;
3. Imputed income - what is appropriate;
4. The need for supporting evidence;
5. Long- Distance parenting when a parent works out-of-state.
