This seminar will provide an overview of issues practitioners face in litigating family law cases. Specifically, it will provide a practical toolkit for new and experienced practitioners to use in handling all aspects of a family law case, whether it is a dissolution of marriage involving a self-employed party, to establishing a parenting plan or compelling discovery. After completing the seminar attendees will be able to take what they have learned and immediately apply it in their practice
