Domestic Violence CLE

What will you learn?
This CLE will provide basic orientation to attorneys interested in civil legal matters with a domestic violence component. You will receive an overview of domestic violence dynamics and the basics of Orders of Protection, gain knowledge of the intersection between domestic violence and immigration/human trafficking, receive an overview of victim’s rights in criminal cases, and learn how to incorporate domestic violence information into parenting plans, marital property agreements, motions for temporary support, civil legal needs for victims of crime, and child support matters.
