An electronic copy of the course materials is included in the price of the event registration.  A downloadable link to the course materials will be sent via email by October 23, 2017. If you would like a printed course book for $35.00, please reserve your copy by selecting "Printed Course Book” in the optional ticket menu.

You may register through October 25 online.  If you register by October 2, you qualify for a $25 discount.
