We asked Montana’s lawyers what they wanted to hear and who they wanted to hear it from, and this schedule is the result.  Judicial and Legislative Updates; a discussion addressing Arbitration; Issues confronting the Federal Judiciary;  Strategies and Best Practices with Self-Represented Litigants with those who handle those matters daily; and the politicization of the Courts and e-filing.  Three Federal Court Judges, including the Chief Judge on the Ninth Circuit, ten state District Court Judges, a Supreme Court Justice, three Standing Masters, outstanding arbiters and other experts offer their perspectives.
