New transcript fees will go into effect in 2023

The Office of Court Administrator recently announced that an increase in transcript fees will go take effect in 2023. Effective July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, the following rates will apply to transcripts:

-- Ordinary transcript page (furnished to any state or local government agency): $2.35
-- Ordinary transcript page (furnished to any non-governmental party: $2.90
-- Expedited Transcript rate per page: $4.70
-- Daily Transcript rate per page: $5.85

The Office of Court Administrator is required to determine in each even-numbered year whether an increase to the transcript fees must be made. The rate is based on a calculation using the consumer price index.
