Please join us for the Fifth Annual Celtic CLE in Cork, Ireland on May 25 – May 29, 2026.  Each year the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, the State Bar of Montana, and the Baucus Institute sponsor a one-week comparative law CLE at the University College Cork law school. This program is taught by faculty from the Blewett School of Law at UM's law faculty and law faculty from the University College Cork. The program identifies current legal issues and analyzes them through a U.S. and Irish/EU legal lens.

This year’s program theme is “What is Corruption and How to Prove it: A Comparative Look at Legal Accountability for Corruption.” We will analyze legal frameworks relating to corruption in both the United States and Ireland.

The program will run May 25 – 29, 2026. We will seek approval for 15 CLE credits for attendees. The tuition cost is $795.
