Craig Shannon

I graduated from Michigan State University in 1982 with a BS in Mathematics. I graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1990. I clerked at the Montana Supreme Court from 1990-1991 for the Honorable John C. Harrison. I clerked for Missoula County District Court Judge John Henson from 1991 until 1992. I worked as a Montana State Public Defender from 1992 until 1994. I have been in private practice in Missoula practicing exclusively criminal defense from 1994 until present. I have represented the citizen accused from DUI to Homicide, including death penalty work. I am honored to be asked to share with you a few things I have learned to help you better serve your clients and hopefully avoid some of the mistakes I've made.
