Copy of Montana Bar Application Out of Stock

This is to request a copy of an application previously submitted to the State Bar of Montana. To request a copy of your Application to Montana be provided to another jurisdiction, please submit payment online here and email mhartze@montanabar.org advising payment has been submitted, who the application request is regarding, and where you would like the application copy sent. Otherwise, you may send a written request with $15 check paid to the order of, "State Bar of Montana" to P.O. Box 577 - Helena, MT 59624.

Application files are maintained for five years, after which, if no litigation is pending concerning the application, the file may be destroyed.
