What will you learn?
Tips and practical pointers for building a full-time (profitable) dispute resolution practice, based upon 26 years of dispute resolution experience and 16 years of full-time practice in mediation and arbitration. Dispute resolution can be a full-time profession, not just a part-time avocation or a supplement to a retirement pension.
Who is the speaker?
Mr. Jay Hunston has practiced law since 1976 and earned certification as a Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator in 1991, when Florida first began certifying mediators. He was later certified as a Family Mediator in 1998 and an Appellate Mediator in 2012. He was a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer from 1983 to 2003.
