Webinar - Discussion of Criminal Jury Instructions

- 1.0 CLE Credit Pending

Who are the speakers?

Jordan Kilby graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2008.  She worked as a Public Defender in Missoula from 2008-2011.  She then worked in private criminal defense for a year before taking her current job as a Deputy County Attorney for Missoula County.  As a prosecutor, Jordan has handled a variety of cases including traffic misdemeanors to homicides.

Colin M. Stephens is an attorney practicing exclusively criminal defense.  He was born in Dutton but grudgingly lives in Missoula.  He attended Carroll College and received a degree in Philosophy and an informal degree in irreverence (he uses the latter more than the former).  He had a thoroughly undistinguished law school career at the University of Montana School of Law.  Now, he tries cases and has repeatedly argued with and before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He presently works for Smith & Stephens, P.C.
