This year’s St. Paddy’s Day CLE offers a variety of topics for the Montana Attorney. The morning session will introduce participants to what can be done when a data breach has occurred and how to protect your firm through cyber insurance policies, and Justice Beth Baker will lead a discussion on civility in the practice of law. The afternoon session will consist of ethics topics covering listening skills for attorneys and Marijuana and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
