Jared Le Fevre
Jared M. Le Fevre is a Partner in Crowley Fleck’s Tax, Trusts & Estates, Commercial Transactions and Creditor’s Rights Practice Groups. Jared’s tax practice includes representing taxpayers in federal and state taxation audit and controversy matters before state taxing authorities and the Internal Revenue Service. Jared has particular experience representing oil, gas, energy and natural resource companies in tax controversy and matters.
Jared also advises clients in tax, commercial, real estate and business transactions. He represents banks and other creditors in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy proceedings, including foreclosures, replevins and bankruptcy representation. He is a past Chair of the State Bar of Montana Bankruptcy Section. Jared obtained his law degree from the University of Utah School of Law and his Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Molly S. Considine is an Associate in the Billings office of Crowley Fleck PLLP. Molly’s practice focuses on Tax, Trust, and Estates, with an emphasis on elder law planning, special needs planning, guardianship and conservatorships, estate planning, estate and gift tax, estate and trust administration, and income tax controversy.
Molly graduated with honors in 2009 from the University of Montana and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 2014, she received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
