Buying and Selling Commercial Real Estate: Practical Practitioner Tips

-1.0 Montana CLE Credit Pending

Description

Although negotiating buy-sell agreements may not be an integral part of your law practice, if you handle commercial legal matters you will occasionally need to undertake that exercise for a client. This can be challenging if you deal with them infrequently or when facing difficult opposing counsel. This real estate-centered presentation will provide a host of practical tips and background information that should be helpful in negotiating a solid agreement for your client and proactively spotting and addressing the primary issues that arise in these transactions.
