Webinar - Healthcare and the 2019 Montana Legislature
1.0 CLE Credit Pending Approval

Speaker

Jesse Laslovich is Regional Vice President for Network Development for SCL Health Montana, as well as the Government Relations Liaison for Providence Montana and SCL Health Montana.  Previously, Jesse served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana office of the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance for 7½ years, where he prosecuted white collar criminals in state and federal courts and helped recover over $100 million for securities fraud victims.

He was the lead consumer protection lawyer for the Montana Attorney General in 2008 and defended criminal convictions before the Montana Supreme Court prior to that.  He began his legal career at Datsopoulos, MacDonald & Lind, P.C., in Missoula, Montana, and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Montana School of Law for two semesters.  He is currently an adjunct professor of Health Law at MSU-Billings.

Jesse was one of the youngest Montanans ever elected to the Montana House of Representatives, serving the people of Anaconda for two terms in the Montana House before being elected and re-elected to the Montana Senate where, in 2007-2008, he had the privilege of chairing the Senate Judiciary Committee and subsequently serving as Assistant Minority Leader in 2009-2010.  He has been unsuccessful in his attempts to serve as a statewide elected official.

Jesse is married to Jill Laslovich, an attorney at Crowley Fleck, and together they have two children, Cooper (9) and Summer (5).  They’re all rabid San Francisco Giant and Green Bay Packer fans.
