A pair of Montana Supreme Court oral arguments originally scheduled to be held on Montana college campuses will move to new venues and times, due to the national COVID-19 emergency.

The court had scheduled arguments on April 3 at the University of Montana in Missoula and on April 30 at Montana State University in Bozeman. Both arguments will now be held in the Supreme Court's courtroom in Helena.

The argument in the case State v. C. Christensen will be held on April 3 at  9:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Courtroom.

The argument in the case Park Co. Environmental v. DEQ, will be held on April 30 at 9:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Courtroom.

No spectators will be allowed in the courtroom for either argument, and previously scheduled introductions to the arguments have been canceled. Both arguments will be live-streamed, however, and can be accessed through the Court's website at http://stream.vision.net/IVIT-JUD/.
