The State Bar of Montana promotes high standards of learning among its attorneys. All Montana attorneys are required to obtain 15 credits of continuing legal education (CLE) per year, including 2 credits in the area of Professional Fitness and Integrity.
Through various State Bar Committees, including the CLE Institute, the Judicial Relations Committee. and numerous sections, the State Bar provides many opportunities for Montana attorneys to earn continuing legal education credits.
