Public Comment Open on Proposed Revisions to District Judge Substitution Rule

The Montana Supreme Court has issued a Notice and Order seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the rule governing substitution of district judges, § 3-1-804, MCA. The Court is inviting input from attorneys, judges, clerks of court, and members of the public, and has asked the State Bar of Montana to help distribute notice and encourage participation.
