Court Adopts Revised Rules on Substitution of District Judges

The Montana Supreme Court has issued an Order adopting revisions to the rules governing substitution of district judges under § 3-1-804, MCA. The revised rule addresses the process for substituting district judges and selecting subsequent judges when a substitution occurs.
