Court Adopts Amendments to Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement Rules

The Montana Supreme Court has issued an Order adopting amendments to the Montana Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement proposed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and the Commission on Practice.
