Court Issues Order on Montana Uniform District Court Rules

The Montana Supreme Court has issued an Order regarding amendments to the Montana Uniform District Court Rules. The Court previously adopted amendments proposed by the Uniform District Court Rules Commission, and this Order provides the redlined version of the amended rules.
