Court Seeks Comment on ODC Funding Petition

The Montana Supreme Court is accepting public comment on a petition from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel to increase the annual assessment for active members of the State Bar of Montana and lawyers admitted pro hac vice to $175.

Comments must be filed with the Clerk of the Montana Supreme Court within 45 days of the Court’s August 13, 2026 Order. The Order and attached petition will be posted on the Court’s website.
