Court Seeks Comment on Proposed MCLE Rule Amendments

The Montana Supreme Court is accepting public comment on proposed amendments to Rules 13 and 14 of the Montana Rules for Continuing Legal Education. The proposed changes would replace the current transfer to inactive status for MCLE noncompliance with an administrative suspension process.

Comments must be filed with the Clerk of the Montana Supreme Court within 30 days of the Court’s November 4, 2026 Order.
